Variable height outflow

I am trying to figure out if it is possible to have an outflow that varies with height. I am trying to model a rainwater tank with a floating uptake point for the pump, so that water is always taken from 10 cm below the water surface. The tank is represented as 10 blocks in a vertical array. My plan is to use a time series to represent the pumping from the tank but I cannot determine how to make it take the water from the highest level of the tank with water.

Dear Sarah, thank you for the question. Currently, there is no feature that allows variable-depth withdrawal directly. But there may be some workarounds. First, I was wondering if your purpose is to model only hydraulic or also water quality?
